The Problem Child is spontaneously soured beer with big tropical aromas from big late additions and dry hops of Citra and Galaxy. Oats and wheat added for mouthfeel. Lactic and a tiny bit of brett that starts mildly tart and as it warms really opens up. About the name? You will have to ask Grant about that story.
