Three and a half week old "Homage" recipe from the AHA website. I am stealing the Sierra Nevada naming in reverse as I didn't have time to get it to clear, nor enough CO2 left in my end-of-life tank to run it through the filter so it's a hazy West Coast IPA. Tastes good, though. At least in my humble opinion.
