The original Lars pale ale was brewed on the day my Son was born. My wife was not happy that I decided to brew that day. I wasn't able to finish the brewing the beer but my friends from MUGZ helped. One collected the sweet wort and the other boiled, cooled and added the yeast. This version is dry hopped with Cascade, Centennial and Comet.
